在这被论文压得死死的时期接到了小珍的喜讯
走了simpang rengam一趟
见证了这对新人的喜日
非常庆幸走了这趟
认识了很多人
听了很多动人的故事
也给了我不少动力和灵感
才想起我忘了怎么正面看待这些工作
不管怎样活过这段论文期
对我过后的日子充满期待
包括在工作开始前背包旅行
刚好前几天在IKEA走走时看到有卖memo板直接买了一块
把一些喜欢的照片洗刷出来钉在我的工作桌前
在工作的当儿提醒我
很多见证过的故事，很多疯狂的朋友，很多inspired我的人都在我身边

再过几天又是新的一年了
在这一年结束前大家应该都有回顾一下自己的一年
成就的目标对和错的决定感恩自己和身边的人的平安
新的一年的来临大家应该都有自己的新方向
新的目标为了达到自己的梦想为了补充过去一年自己的不足
我对自己新的一年有什么看法
首先当然是半年内不会死在论文手下
活过这半年就是新的世界
进入社会工作的时候来了
对这个世界不怎么了解
可是蛮期待的
有人说工作比读书好
至少工作以外的时间是自己的
（所以读书没有monday blue因为天天都要做）
有人说读书比工作好
东西做不好也不会死
工作层有一句话
人生就是酱你看我好我看你好
走就对了过后才打算

本来这段文章冬至时就想写了
可是百忙让我拖到现在
小时候婆婆说
在华人传统中冬至比过年重要
冬至应该一家人坐在一起吃餐团圆饭
随着长大，不再有时间在冬至前夕一家人搓汤圆
随着冬至过后就是圣诞
圣诞在基督徒的心中
也是一家人共度的佳节
在这个季节
应该很多我的朋友都在忙着吧
政府大学的朋友在准备大考
多数同年的朋友在忙论文
无论如何新的一年就快来临
祝大家事事顺心
在这个季节回不到家的话
打个电话回家吧

终于完成了这张专辑

话说之前在槟城实习时有缘和sushi kitchen 的老板聊天听他生活的分享
这段故事记录在我的面书里
话说当年Sam也是一位工程师，工作了十年后放弃了这份粮
踏着脚车一路上到中国
现在Sam就在sungai ara经营一家素食日本餐厅
回到自己
对于现在的我
能够把业余的时间花在自己喜欢的兴趣上
感觉能给我一些生活上的动力
毕竟没有人是超人
每个人都需要电源
而这些捕捉到的笑容就是我最好的电源

Celebrating ChinHao and SweeHua [part-1]

上个周末回了一趟太平

原因就是借了这个SweeYing的姐姐的婚礼job

首先非常感谢这位老朋友那么看得起我

第一次学做slide show video才发现

same-day-edit真不简单

还好最后也算交得了差

感觉好久没有认真process照片了

在做这批照片时才发现

惯性的processing让我之前忽略了很多的细节

开始做这批照片忽然才记得 curve不能硬硬拉 exposure更不能硬硬拉

偶尔这单job让我找回很多process照片的乐趣

希望这批作品出得了街见得了人吧

预期一个星期后应该能解决吧

所以照片暂时不会在这里分享

先分享当天完成的slideshow video当preview吧

November is around the edge and December is coming.
Its a good season where we have dozens of reasons to cheers.
Its also a good time to pick up our camera and shoot.
Christmas is around the corner with Christmas trees and colorful lights set up everywhere.
It tells me that it had been two years on my 1000D and I glad to have it with me for the past two years.
Its December and January where many couple will have their wedding.
Its Chinese New Year where every family members and old friend gather with laughter.
Just a short post during the busy hours to summarize some previous work.

Week 4 - Pit Stop

Well I'm back in campus for a month now.
Nothing much to update about the life there,
just following back the old schedule of class, fyp, sleep and whatever we can think of to play with.
Yea life can be boring most of the time,
but its just how we make the most out of the little time left in our schedule.
That is also why I decided to take the short trip back to hometown this weekend.
Of course, not as plain as that.
I grabbed my cam and have a short tour around time square, lawyat, bintang walk area,
picking up some photos, food and not forgetting to refill my tea leaves.
I would save that part for later as I forget to bring my transfer cable back,
so all the photos are still lying within my cam.
The all time best part of being at home is of course,
mother's special soup.

放入材料和调味再炖一炖
带出非比寻常的感觉
Yea that's what i call life,
instead of looking for more,
sometimes we can learn how to get the most out of whatever available.
Sometimes as we slow down,
we realize we don't have to work so hard seeking fairy tales,
they are all just around us within our own hand.
Don't have to think how far can we last or how should we get there,
just need make our stance and fight for whatever in front.
But we all do work very hard,
to become a better man.

Fall of the Titan

Well I know that the news is a bit old,
but it has a great point to be discuss about.
One week after the death of Steve Jobs,
there comes the death of another great titan of the technology industry, Dennis Ritchie.
To be honest, I don't really know who he is until half hour ago.
And i won't know about Steve Jobs' death if not because of the overwhelming promotion in
Facebook, radio and front cover of nearly every newspaper and magazine.
I looked into the internet after saw some photo sharing from a friend in facebook
and I found this piece of news in BBC
The creator of C programming and UNIX died without much noticing.
To put the explanation of this two elements simple,

"Unix and C's direct and spiritual descendants cannot be counted, but include Linux, Android, Mac OS, iOS, JavaScript, C++, the genius of the internet and a world full of developers"

In simple, his work is like a big bang in the industry and thanks to him we have everything we are having on our computer now.

"Ritchie's influence rivals Jobs's; it's just less visible."

Moment

People had been asking why I took up photography
and I always don't know how to answer in a just a couple of word.
In simple, I like to keep the moment people smile.
Smile just because they are happy,
not for any other reason.
The key different between snapping a human and an object is that
human gives expression, which can give thousand of meaning to your photo.
The challenge is that human expression change very fast.
It's hard to get the exposure and composition right in the first shutter.
But once you get it right, it makes your day.

Lastly I would like to share some photos taken in a wedding at Serdang last month.

Riding on the Rhythm

Music have always been a great part of my life.

I can't really sit still working or studying for long without music

Although I don't have the chance to learn any music instrument at young

and will not have time and flexibility for that in near future.

But i do listen a lot. Some which are well known and others which are not.

Well I have been into acoustic lately.

Musical that is produce sorely by musical instruments without involving any electronic component.

If you are just like me

breaking music into pieces of piano, drums, etc in your brain when listening to them,

you will definitely enjoy this.

The beauty of acoustic is that you will be able to visualize and enjoy every piano notes and drum stroke

as if the band is playing right in front of you.

Few days ago a friend introduce me with Boyce Avenue.
Enjoy it.

not sure how much are noticing it but
its a great day worth remembering today as the world population will reach 7 billion
what will first come across our mind at the first sight of the figure?
celebration, overpopulation, scarcity of this and that.. and much much more..
found a great article on the internet yesterday that bring out some issue that worth looking at

well i can't just make my post end like that
let's going through a short analysis from my point of view.
“is a challenge, an opportunity and a call to action,”
I particularly like the statement from the article.
yes it is indeed a great chance to celebrate.
people lives longer due to medical and technology, living standard increases,
war and such does not happen as much.
but does that means that people stay united as one?
people are still against each other, in many different ways,
between different religion, race or ideology.
in simple, i guess my point is that
as one of the 7 billion population,
it is our responsibility to care and to give up any thoughts that keep us divided

回顾

走了一圈终于又回到赛城了
只不过这一圈也走了很久
距离上一帖也差了整年
也是为什么我把过去的帖子都删除了
因为觉得这一年来不管是自己，在做的事，对事的观点还是身边的朋友
都改变了不少比起一年前已经是一个新的世界
所以这里也应该来个新的起点
虽然部落的样貌全新
其实也只不过在网站的css file里改了不上五六句花时不到半粒钟

过去的一年里到底在忙些什么
简单省略就是事业志业和兴趣
先谈事业太远的事就懒惰记了
刚从槟城走了一趟回来
industrial training的日子虽然忙可是还是喜欢工作多过读书
认识了很多很不错的朋友
也去了很多很不错的地方
简单说真的很享受这段时间
兴趣呢范围则广阔了
摄影音乐吃吃喝喝
凡是能玩的都有兴趣

向后望不怎么是我的风格
